re-used the same plywood mold as week 1, but the 5th face was made using thin latex stretched across the mold. The latex was then pulled inward at the top (ref. top face in middle image) and a piece of plywood with a screw sticking out of it was put over the 5th face, so that the screw head made the puncture impression.
